Managing your Echo account is simple and straightforward. This article will guide you through the steps to update your profile details, change your password, and set notification preferences to ensure that your account is tailored to your needs.

Updating Profile Details

  1. Log In: Go to your Echo dashboard and log in to your account.

  2. Access Profile Settings: In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click on your user avatar or initials and select settings from the menu.

  3. Edit Profile Information: On the Profile page, you can update the following details:

    • Name: Change your first or last name.

    • Email: Update your email address, if necessary.

    • Profile Picture: Upload a new photo or avatar.

  4. Save Changes: Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to confirm.

Changing Your Password

  1. Navigate to Security Settings: From the Profile page, click on the Security tab on the left.

  2. Change Password: You’ll see an option to change your password. Enter your current password and then create a new one.

  3. Confirm Changes: Click Save Changes. You’ll receive an email confirming the password change.
