Calendar Integrations (Google & Microsoft)

To automatically sync your meetings with Echo, you can integrate it with your Google or Microsoft calendar. This will enable Echo to join your scheduled meetings and take notes without needing manual intervention.

Google Calendar Integration
  1. Log In to Echo: Open the Echo dashboard and log in to your account.

  2. Access Integrations Settings: Go to the Settings section in the left-hand sidebar and click on Integrations.

  3. Select Google Calendar: Under the "Calendar" section, click on Connect Google Calendar.

  4. Grant Permissions: You will be prompted to log in to your Google account. Allow Echo the necessary permissions to access your calendar.

  5. Sync Your Calendar: After authorisation, your Google Calendar will automatically sync with Echo. All upcoming meetings will be imported into the system.

Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration
  1. Log In to Echo: Access your Echo account on the dashboard.

  2. Go to Integrations Settings: Navigate to Settings and click on Integrations.

  3. Select Microsoft Outlook Calendar: Click on Connect Outlook Calendar.

  4. Grant Permissions: Sign in to your Microsoft account and allow Echo to access your calendar.

  5. Sync Your Calendar: Once connected, Echo will begin importing your upcoming meetings directly from your Outlook Calendar.
