Video Conference Integration (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Echo can join your video conferences on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet to automatically transcribe and summarize meetings. Here's how to integrate Echo with these tools:

Zoom Integration
  1. Go to Integrations Settings: Open your Echo dashboard and click on Settings, then select Integrations.

  2. Select Zoom: Click Connect Zoom in the "Video Conferencing" section.

  3. Sign In to Zoom: You will be prompted to log in to your Zoom account. Enter your credentials and authorise Echo to access your Zoom meetings.

  4. Configure Meeting Settings: Choose how you'd like Echo to join your meetings (e.g., automatically join all meetings, join specific meetings).

  5. Save and Sync: Click Save to complete the integration. Echo will now automatically join your Zoom meetings and begin transcribing in real time.

Microsoft Teams & Google Meet work without you taking any action, Zoom is the only one that requires some action on your part.
