Welcome to Echo! This guide will help you get started quickly and make the most out of your AI meeting assistant. Follow these steps to set up your Echo account and integrate it with your favorite tools.

Step 1: Sign Up and Log In

  1. Go to Echo's sign-up page and enter your details.

  2. On the following screens, you'll have the option to connect your email and calendars. As verified partners of both Google and Microsoft, we ensure that your data is only used for the necessary purposes and never for any unauthorized or malicious activities.

  3. Once connected, log in to the Echo dashboard.

Step 2: Invite Team Members (Optional)

Echo works best with your whole team using it! If you want to add others:

  1. Go to Team Settings.

  2. Click Invite Team Member and enter their email addresses.

  3. Your team members will receive an invitation to join Echo and start using it.

Step 3: Customize Your Echo Bot - ignore if done in onboarding

Echo allows you to personalise your assistant:

  1. Navigate to the Bot Settings page.

  2. Choose a name, customize the avatar, and configure other settings to match your brand.

  3. Click Save when you're happy with your customisations.

Step 4: Join Your First Meeting

  1. Sync Echo with your calendar to ensure your meetings are added automatically.

  2. At the scheduled time, Echo will join the meeting and start transcribing.

  3. Once the meeting ends, you’ll receive a summary and transcription in your inbox.

Step 5: Explore Echo's Features

  • Meeting Summaries: Review key points, action items, and next steps after every meeting.

  • AI Emails: When you connect Echo to your inbox, watch the magic happen as we organise your emails into actionable folders saving you countless hours every month!

  • AI Search: Easily search past meeting notes for important details.

Step 6: Access Support and Knowledge Base
